The Foundation Skills For Your Future Program has been updated to include digital literacy skills into the definition of foundation skills in the existing Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).
The ACSF outlines five core skills which can be used to describe how an indivdual adult learner performs in: learning, reading, writing, oral communication, and numeracy.
The Digital Literacy Skills Framework (DSLF) was introduced in April 2020. Both the ACSF and the DSLF have been under review since December 2021.
